How to sleep in the shade and save eyesight

The sun is out and it is time to step away from the computer and go outside.

This is because sunlight is bad for your eyes and can cause vision loss.

Here are 5 ways to help keep your eyes from becoming blind.

Get up early Sunlight is a great source of vitamin D, which is crucial for vision, but the best way to get that vitamin is to get up early and get enough sleep.

This can also help protect your eyes.

Avoid wearing high-heeled shoes or sandals that are too high to your toes.

If you are on your own and you need a companion to help you navigate, find a place with a good view and a good bedding that is comfortable.

Try not to get too much sun exposure in the early morning or evening, as the vitamin D in the sun can damage your eyes if it’s too late to act.

If your eyes are already tired and it’s dark outside, take an extra 10 minutes to get out of the house and go to the pool or get some exercise.
